All titles can be purchased from the Aarhus University Press website. Prices are subject to availability and price increases. All prices are shown with 25 % VAT.

Prices and VAT
All prices are current retail prices including VAT. VAT registered customers can enter their VAT number and can be exempted from paying Danish VAT. Upon delivery to addresses outside the EU, VAT is always deducted automatically.
Order confirmation
When you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation - usually within a few minutes. Please verify that the order confirmation is correct. Contact the Press if you discover any errors or omissions.
Payment
If you pay by card, the amount is withdrawn from your account when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping
Aarhus University Press strives to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. In Denmark, the package will usually be received 3-5 working days after the order is processed. In Europe, your orders should arrive within a week, and overseas shipping time ranges from 4-5 business days to 4-12 weeks depending on destination.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated according to weight and size.
Delivery of ebooks
Ebooks and mp3 audiobooks are delivered via an email with a download link. This delivery is free to you as a user. You will first receive an order-confirmation email and then an email with a download link. Please note that this link can only be used once.
Refund Policy
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, there is a 14 day return on all goods purchased on the Internet. The product must be returned in unused, resellable condition to the Press:

The customer is responsible for payment of the return postage as well as for the product during shipment. It is therefore a good idea to get a receipt from the post office when returning an item. Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation and send the item in its original packaging. When we recieve the product, your account will be credited.
We do not accept returns of ebooks or audio books, as these are supplied as files in an email with the download link.
Complaints
There is a 24-month warranty on all products. If you receive goods which are incorrect, or if we have inadvertently sent you a wrong item, you can of course return or exchange the goods. In this situation, the Press will pay the return postage. You must let us know within two months after you discover the error. Before returning the items please contact us by phone or email and explain the issue.
Please note that there is no warranty on e-books.
Aarhus University Press liability
We assume that you are familiar with the Aarhus University Press terms and conditions. Aarhus University Press is responsible for product quality, and any claims about the product should be made to us. We assume no further responsibility for any delays and errors, unless they have occurred intentionally or through gross negligence. Aarhus University Press assumes no liability for indirect damage to the goods. Our clients are protected by the rights set out in the legislation stated in Danish law and contract law.
Handling of personal information
Aarhus University Press does not see the personal information you enter during the buying process. Credit card information is sent in an encrypted connection via Dibs. We treat your personal information as confidential and record only what is necessary to process the transaction. The information is only available for carrying out the order. Danish law requires that we store this information for five years.
