Workshop Aims: To assist home economics teachers to become cooperating partners with colleagues in Eastern Europe.
Objectives: To involve participants in:
1. examining home economics as a field of study and profession,
2. analysing current conditions, the impact on everyday life of individuals and families, and analysing educational issues,
3. developing teaching and consulting strategies which will address problems of everyday life.
